Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item for a refund or exchange. Please review the details of our return policy below.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email customer service at [insert Hope Key email address] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, securely place the item(s) in the original packaging along with proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address below:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. If a prepaid shipping label is provided and used, a $7.50 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to ten (10) days from the date we receive your item for processing. You will be notified by email once your return has been completed.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Beauty or personal care products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact customer service to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please Note

  • A $5.00 restocking fee will be applied to all returns over $10.00

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
